This is applicable to all of our third-party service partners e.g Google Workspace API, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Linkedin, TikTok etc.

For third party service partners like Google , Canva, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Linkedin, TikTok etc, we retain the data until the user or business disconnects the service.

    1. Archival: After the initial retention period, inactive or infrequently accessed data may be archived. Archived data is stored in secure, low-cost storage systems and remains accessible if necessary for business purposes. For third party service partners like Google , Canva, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Linkedin, TikTok etc, we do not archive the data.
    2. Removal Upon Request: Users or businesses can request permanent data removal at any time. Once a removal request is processed, the data is purged from live and backup systems within [e.g., 30 days].
    3. Automated Removal: TrueBeep provides automated data deletion options, such as removing data older than a specified period (e.g., for businesses looking to minimize long-term data storage).

    1. Opt-Out: Users can opt-out of receiving marketing communications or notifications from our platform at any time by adjusting their preferences in their account settings.
    2. Access Control: Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
