Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose information about our collection, use, sale, disclosure, or sharing of your personal information. This includes the right to know:
- The categories of personal information we collect
- The categories of sources from which we collect personal information
- Our business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information
- The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information
- The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- The categories of personal information we have sold or shared and the categories of third parties who received it
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us to:
- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected
- Provide a good or service requested by you
- Perform a contract between you and us
- Protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
- Fix or debug to ensure existing functionality
- Exercise free speech or another right provided by law

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. TrueBeep does not sell personal information in the traditional sense of monetary exchange. However, we may share personal information with third parties for business purposes that could be considered "selling" or "sharing" under CCPA definitions.

You have the right to request that we limit our use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer. TrueBeep collects limited sensitive personal information, primarily:
- Account login credentials (encrypted)
- Payment information (processed through secure third-party processors)
- Precise geolocation data (only when necessary for service functionality)
Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or level of service
However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects.
Sensitive Personal Information
Under the CCPA, sensitive personal information includes:
- Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers
- Account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card numbers
- Precise geolocation information
- Racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership
- Genetic data, biometric data for identification
- Health information, sex life, or sexual orientation information
TrueBeep only collects sensitive personal information that is necessary for our business operations and service delivery. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in the CCPA regulations.

Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing your request. The verification process depends on the type of request:
- Right to Know (Categories): We will match at least two data points you provide with information we have on file
- Right to Know (Specific Pieces): We will match at least three data points or require a signed declaration under penalty of perjury
- Right to Delete: We will match at least two data points you provide with information we have on file
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. The authorized agent must:
- Provide proof of your written permission to act on your behalf
- Verify their own identity
- In some cases, we may require you to directly verify your identity and confirm the permission

Response Timeframes

All timeframes comply with CCPA requirements and may be extended in certain circumstances as permitted by law.
