Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not:

• Deny you goods or services
• Charge you different prices or rates
• Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
• Suggest that you may receive a different price or level of service

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects.

TrueBeep only collects sensitive personal information that is necessary for our business operations and service delivery. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in the CCPA regulations.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing your request. The verification process depends on the type of request:

• Right to Know (Categories): We will match at least two data points you provide with information we have on file
• Right to Know (Specific Pieces): We will match at least three data points or require a signed declaration under penalty of perjury
• Right to Delete: We will match at least two data points you provide with information we have on file

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. The authorized agent must:

• Provide proof of your written permission to act on your behalf
• Verify their own identity
• In some cases, we may require you to directly verify your identity and confirm the permission
